Feta

I use Brown’s Feta cheese very often when making Greek salad. I have to say it’s extremely good and truly competes with original Greek-made feta.

My preference is the plain one as I can add tomatoes, cucumber, olives, a dash of olive oil, some chopped herbs and a squeeze of lemon. Great with a chunk of crusty bread and a glass of wine. Yum!
