We’ve been carefully handcrafting cheese for over thirty years and what started as a passion for enjoying gourmet cheese from our own home has grown into a much-loved part of the Nairobi food scene. We make our cheeses from locally sourced, high-quality organic milk and we source our milk in small batches from local farmers.

We take a great deal of pride in supporting the farmers we buy from, ensuring that they get regular orders from us at a fair price and encouraging the very best farming methods so that their animals receive natural, farm-grown feed to produce the richest and nutrient-dense milk.

We’re careful about which cheese we produce and when. Because we understand that like fruit and vegetables, the flavour of cheese can change with the seasons, we craft our cheese to ensure that they take on the terroir and seasonality of Kenya and offer you a creative nuance of the land.
