Sourdough Pain au Chocolat (1 pc) (Pre-order 2 Days in advance)

Our Pain au Chocolat is slow fermented for 72 hrs to make them easy to digest.

They also freeze well. Each one is 100g. We use real dark chocolate for the center and only our brown's cultured butter for the croissant dough. 

Ingredients: Freshly milled flour, sourdough starter, cultured butter, salt, dark chocolate (cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter), egg wash.
