These gluten free muffins are made with buckwheat & tigernut flour. They are filled with carrot, raisins and walnuts to give you a filling nourishing breakfast. Tigernuts are tubers full of fiber, vitamins and minerals.  Buckwheat (gluten free) is a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids, rich in antioxidants +both flours good at stabilising blood sugar levels.
